The Hypar structure is simple in construction, consisting of a canvas section that is calculated and arranged into high and low points, creating a characteristic three-dimensional shape, similar to a sail. This is a stable and durable roof structure, with the ability to withstand large loads from rain and snow. Modern engineering technologies allow for the precise calculation of the required tension, helping to maintain a solid structure while creating the perfect shape desired by the design.

Technical and material advantages

The canvas canopy with sails offers three outstanding advantages:

  • Natural light: The membrane fabric is translucent, ensuring the ability to shield the building from the effects of harsh sunlight and UV rays, but still allowing natural light to diffuse well and evenly into the space below.
